The intersection of yoga mudras and music presents a unique opportunity for promoting well-being, a notion that has been explored through generations.

This led me to ponder the question, "How can we effectively integrate music with yoga?" The concept of Raga Miracle emerged as an answer—a method that combines the listening of ragas with the practice of yoga mudras to enhance physical and emotional healing.

The name Raga Miracle signifies a sense of wonder derived from ragas. Research indicates that ragas can foster positive vibrations, which have therapeutic effects. This application curates a collection of ragas, each selected for its potential in addressing specific ailments. My venture into this research was inspired by an article on "Raga Lakshanam," guiding me to delve into the intricate qualities of each healing raga. Each raga possesses its own authenticity, which underpins its healing capabilities.

Empirical experimentation combining these ragas with yoga mudras offers a holistic approach to remedying various ailments, promoting both physical and emotional health. To maximize the benefits of this app, users are encouraged to adhere to the following guidelines:

 <li>Listen to the designated raga for your ailment daily for a period of 48 days.</li>
 <li>Ensure proper alignment with the corresponding yoga mudra while engaging with the raga.</li>
 <li>Find a comfortable seated position, close your eyes, and maintain a clear mind.</li>
 <li>If timing is challenging due to personal commitments, this practice may also be conducted before sleep.</li>
</ul>

By following these instructions provided within this app, users are likely to foster a robust moral framework that can enhance their overall life experiences.
